Mexican Blanca Vanilla

Our Mexican Vanilla is all natural, produced in Mexico using only the highest grade, single sourced, Mexican vanilla beans. 

 Mexican Blanca Vanilla is best utilized in items that require high heat such as baking as this allows most of the alcohol to cook out.  Clear or Blanca vanilla extract is most often used in frosting and filling recipes, where bakers want to keep the color as clear as possible. The process is that the color is distilled out and replaced with Azucar vanilla flavoring to enhance the product.

Ingredients:

Water, alcohol 35%, bean extract. Azucar vanilla additive.

Does not contain coumarin.
